Appointments are required during winter, and all year for groups larger than 4 people! Please read descriptions for events in full. If you must cancel or reschedule, please call or email us. Email is the fastest. Appointments do take priority over walk ins. Some specialty items change seasonally and/or may not always be available. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstance unless we have to cancel your booking and an alternate date cannot be provided.
