In Store Candle Bar Experience Info
1. Book your appointment (50% Deposit)
2. When you arrive for your appointment you will be given a clip board with a consent form to sign, and a candle customization form to complete. This is where you will pick your jar, fragrances, wick, etc.
3. You will pay the remaining balance for your booking (50%), then have a seat at the candle bar. A scent specialist will set up your supplies, provide directions, and answer any questions you may have.
4. After your candle is poured, you are free to leave and come back at a later time, or just relax with friends. We provide complimentary coffee, water, and hot tea for your convenience.
5. If you are only in the area visiting and you cannot return to pick up your candle, we offer $5 flat rate shipping per candle. Please check the box on your candle customization form at the beginning of your appointment.
6. When your candle dries, our scent specialist will package your candle for you.
7. After you bring your candle home be sure to follow the burn instructions you were given. For the strongest scent, let your candle sit and cure for 1 - 3 days before burning.
8. This process is the same for specialty candle bar options as well.
