Fundraising Candles

New! Totally custom candles for fundraising. These candles feature custom wax embeds and other toppings,  and custom labels. Candles are 10oz soy and paraffin blend candles.  Burn time is up to 60 hours. Price listed is the price per candle. You would sell the candle at $20 per candle for your fundraiser for a 50% profit margin. Made to order. Includes packaging. Free consultation. Candles are priced so you can raise the max amount of funds for your fundraiser. Please call, email, or stop in to order and receive your order tax exempt status. 

How it works:

- You would book online, call, email, or stop into the store to schedule a free consultation. 

- At the consultation we will brainstorm candle design ideas, scents, etc. We would also schedule deadlines for ordering and distribution of your fundraiser candles for customers. You would work with us to create order forms for your candle orders during this meeting as well. 

- Next we will make two mock ups of your custom candle for you to review and approve. You get to take one mock up to use as a display free of charge. 

- Once order forms are distributed, you would keep 50% of the payment for your fundraiser and we would receive the other 50% of the payment to make your candles. Example: If you sold $100 worth of candles by your ordering deadline, you would keep $50 and remit the other $50 to us. It is up to you how you collect payment (cash, check, credit or debit card). We can accept cash or card from you when you pay your balance. 

- Once you submit final orders and payment, we will make your candles. We will call you when your candles are ready to be picked up.

- You would then set up a distribution day at your organization for the candles. 

Our candles are a popular product for school, sport, band, cheer, PTO, and many other nonprofit organizations.

Please allow 30 to 60 days before your desired fundraiser start date to have the above in place. It can take 14 to 30 days for distribution depending on the amount of orders we have.

- If you rather order a set amount of candles and sell them yourself at an event, we can do that as well.
