Mobile Candle Bar Wedding Packages

Why make wedding favors for your guests when you already have so many other things to do to plan your special day?! Let us take care of that for you! We will work with you to pick out special jars, custom labels, and fragrances for your wedding reception. The possibilities are endless! Your guests will join us the day of the reception to make their own candle favor to remember your special day. You can email us at floatingembercandleco@gmail.com to set up and free consultation. 

A nonrefundable deposit of half the booking price is due at booking. The rest of your booking fee is due 30 days before your event. Please book at least 90 days in advance, as weddings are on a first come first serve basis. We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance. We must have your total guest count 60 days prior to your event for supplies. There are no refunds for cancelled weddings. You will receive an invoice for final payment 30 days prior to your event after total guest count is confirmed. 

All wedding packages include a free keepsake carved candle oil lamp in your chosen wedding colors for the bride and groom.

The Cash Candle Bar option is where your guests can choose to purchase a wedding favor from our candle bar during your wedding reception, instead of you paying for all of your guests. The booking fee covers our costs to attend your reception and be available for candle making for 4 hours, plus time to set up and break down. The cost for each guest will be $10 for a 8oz jar candle with custom label with your names and wedding date. You will be able to choose 3 fragrances for guests to pick from, as well as eco friendly or wooden wicks.  

We will need access to restrooms and at least two electrical outlets inside your venue, as well as four 6ft or 8ft tables. Please also let us know at booking if your entire event will be outside. We do have tents and tables for outdoor set up. 

*Wedding Packages are for Scented Jar Candles Only. Prepaid guest packages include candle vessels up to 10oz of your choice, optional wax toppings, custom labels, and up to 6 fragrance choices. The Cash Candle Bar package includes choice of 3 scents to offer guests for candle making, 8oz jars, and custom labels. 

**Services available to events within 50 miles of Floating Ember Candle Co. (Ashtabula, OH). There will be an additional travel fee for weddings over 50 miles away.
